Every organisation has complex and sometimes challenging stakeholder relationships to maintain. Whether an owner-managed company or a Public-Private Partnership, the interactions of an organisation with its related groups are rarely simple.

Every shareholder, customer, client, employee, investor, member, volunteer, constituent, partner and consumer will have opinions on the running of an organisation. There may be additional decision-influencers even further removed from the management team, particularly where the organisation in question is required by its remit to be “inclusive” of multiple stakeholders.

PGC acts in an entirely consultative style. We take care to ensure that the necessary and appropriate people have had the opportunity to contribute to the shaping of our service provision from the outset. We seek to establish a broad consensus between the decision-makers and decision-influencers, whether direct or indirect, before embarking on the work we have been engaged to undertake. “Buy-in” from all parties at the earliest stage affords a project the best possible chances of success.

PGC has worked with many organisations, notably in the public and not-for-profit sectors where the collaborative involvement of multiple stakeholders has been paramount. Not only do we obtain the best results for our client, we are also seen to be open, fair, objective and even-handed in our running of the assignment.
