Our consulting expertise and the resultant first-hand knowledge of our clients allows PGC consultants to succeed without important issues becoming “lost in translation”.

As the other pages on this website will attest, PGC does not restrict its activities by sector, function, market or specialism. Similarly, we do not feel constrained by geography.

PGC has a physical presence in three of the major commercial centres of the UK. We regularly work in Europe and since inception PGC has worked with clients on senior executive appointments on every continent of the globe.

Our workload typically comprises a mix of:

• UK based executives for UK clients;
  
• UK based executives for international clients with a presence in the UK;
  
• International executives for UK clients with interests overseas;
  
• Local management teams for inward investors into the UK.

It is not our practice to enter into loose cross-referral arrangements with other search firms in other countries. We know that our clients value our expertise and invest in us the time and information necessary to deliver an optimal result. It is therefore invariably the case that our consultants will work directly on a client engagement wherever that may take them and regardless of the travel required to complete the assignment.

Notwithstanding the above, PGC research can be conducted in any one of several languages, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
