05 March 2007 PGC continues to grow apace with the arrival of Selina Vasdev. Selina has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Newcastle University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Manchester University. As a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, she holds the Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A & B) and is working towards Chartered Occupational Psychologist. With particular strength in Management Assessment and Development, Selina has valuable experience in Leadership Development Programmes and Assessment Centres and has successfully delivered BPS training for levels A & B as a freelance consultant. Selina's MSc Dissertation focused on the factors associated with entrepreneurial activity and success and her professional interests and capabilities cover the various aspects of Talent Management. Selina's comprehensive familiarity with Psychometrics in addition to Talent Management techniques, means that along with her colleagues at PGC, she can devise and implement robust and effective development programmes to enhance executive performance.
