20 December 2006 PGC has been recruiting senior people for QinetiQ since 2002. Soon after the former Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) of the Ministry of Defence became a private company, it turned to PGC to identify and secure talented senior management for its transition to a commercial enterprise. PGC was confirmed as "Preferred Supplier" of search to QinetiQ less than a year later. Five years later and with some of the most unusual and challenging executive roles successfully filled, PGC has for the third successive supplier review, again been awarded "Preferred Supplier" status.
